This armchair will be in need of a clean up and unfortunately does come from the house of a smoker, but that doesn\'t mean this is in bad condition! It is in full working order as tested by myself. Good condition really and is made for someone around 5 feet tall as it was tailor made for someone who was 5 foot 2.
